Caring Hands takes strides to ensure our services are specially tailored to meet the needs of the families we serve. We connect individuals and their families with qualified, caring staff members who will be available to be introduced to the family immediately. Our families are offered a choice of certified staff members who are available to begin work promptly, usually within 48 hours after the completion of the referral process. All care givers have passed a criminal background records check, received prevention training and in addition have completed:


  • 32-hours of training in First Aid/CPR; Blood Borne Pathogens, Therapeutic Options, Interventions and Support for the Intellectually Disabled Community
  • Documentation and Department of Medical Assistance Compliance Regulations Training
  • Training in money management
  • Certification in Emergency & Disaster Training

The classes are conducted by trained professionals who have the patience and endurance to bring out the natural character, beauty and intelligence in each individual we serve. All ethnicities are welcome and respect is given to all religious beliefs.

We work diligently to achieve the maximum services available for each client. Our staff will collaborate and assist with Person Centered Planning and also attend progress meetings.
